Description

The objects of study - residential (non-residential) buildings, technical documentation of land use planning. The aim of the research was to develop guidelines for determining the parameters of land required for operation of the immovable property on the basis of their functional purpose. Theoretical and practical results of the application of legislative and regulatory documents are taken into account when determining the amount of land needed for use and maintenance of buildings and facilities during the preparation of expert opinions judicial land-technical research. Novelty for the first time provides important practice for expert information on the technical capabilities of the allotment of the land plot necessary for the use and maintenance of the acquired buildings and structures, taking into account all components, ensuring its functional integrity with regard to the state building norms and interests of adjacent land users. The effectiveness of implementation is to meet the needs of the judiciary on issues of normative justification and determine the size of land required for the use and maintenance of buildings and structures. Industry use of expert practice in the forensic land and technical expertise to determine the sizes of land plots.5481
