Description

Corrosion-electrochemical properties of hot zinc, electrometallization zinc and aluminum, as well as non-metallic (epoxy, polyester and alkyd inhibited) and combined coatings have been investigated in environments with different pH and hydrogen sulfide; the limit parameters of electrochemical protection of 20 steel in in media of different aggressiveness in the presence of mechanical stress have been established. Theoretical investigations of the corrosion-electrochemical properties of metal to describe the energy characteristics of the surface, depending on the mode of electrochemical protection taking into account the external media with different pH and hydrogen sulfide concentration in the presence of mechanical stresses were conducted. The method was developed and functional and circuit diagrams and layouts of nodes equipment for contactless surveys of hydro structures were elaborated. The electric field sensor with unsealed hydroswitch was developed.
