Axisymmetric problems of free vibrations of hollow cylinders, made of continuously inhomogeneous elastic materials (FGМ), were considered using three-dimensional theory of elasticity and the Timoshenko type refined theory. Also were considered nonaxisymmetric problems of free vibrations of finite-length cylinders made of FGPM. Effective discrete-continuum numerically-analytical approach based on using of spline - approximation in one of the coordinate directions and of collocation method, and further solution of boundary eigenvalue problem for higher order systems of ordinary differential equations with с variable coefficients, using the discrete orthogonalization and incremental search methods, was suggested.5481
