The main content of the research results: In view of the role of genetic predisposition, thyroid hormones, developed and clinically tested: methods of correction and prevention of thrombophilic states in pregnant women who are overweight. Given the genetic determinism of maternal and perinatal disorders in women with autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT), which were apparent threat of premature birth, preeclampsia, interleukins monitoring will help to diagnose the occurrence of these complications with the aim of preventive therapy. The study served to clarify that the development of preterm labor and preeclampsia in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis is accompanied by increased levels of IL-6, IL-2R, and the level of antibodies to thyroid peroxidase. The purpose of research - the creation of a scientific substantiation of differentiated strategies for prevention of perinatal complications, development of prediction and prevention of obstetric aggression to increase performance obstetric hospitals. Methods: clinical, functional, psychological interviews, biochemical, immuno-polymerase chain reaction, health statistics. The theoretical results are: 1). The development of differentiated tactics preconception prevention and tactics of pregnancy in patients with miscarriage, hypertensive disorders, thyroid disease, taking into account the level of interleukins; 2). The study of psychological adaptation of patients at risk of occurrence of preterm birth for psycho corrective programs, which included the harmonization of family relationships. Novelty. In view of the violations of specific functions of the female body, the pathological course of pregnancy, analyzes stress limiting systems of the body, the endocrine homeostasis, leading to placental dysfunction, complications of childbirth and the postpartum period, studied psycho-emotional characteristics. The significance of these results is to develop a system for forecasting, prevention and prevention of obstetric aggression and study the impact of risk factors for multifactorial disorders of pregnancy. Effectiveness of implementation. Medical efficiency: Improvement of reproductive health and increase the birth rate due to the rehabilitation of reproductive function in women with recurrent fetal loss. Social efficiency: The development of prediction and prevention of obstetric aggression to improve the performance of obstetric hospitals. Economic efficiency: Determination of the main causes of reproductive losses, overcoming obstetric aggression will contribute to de-medicalisation of pregnancy by 30% and labor, the rational use of material resources and reduce the cost of treatment by 1.5 times in pregnancy.
