Research object - the documentation in the field of cultural property. Purpose - to determine the order of creation, development, maintenance and use of the insurance fund of documentation for the storage of information on cultural values. Methods - Theoretical (аnalytical research, comparison, generalization), analytical and graphical using IDEF0. Models: descriptive, graphic, IDEF0. The results of the study is to determine the order of creation, development, maintenance and use SFD to store information on cultural values. Novelty (utility and progressive) research work is in the public system for the first SFD basis of scientific evidence and the principles defined by the order of creation, development, maintenance and use SFD to cultural values. The results of research used in developing national standards of Ukraine on the order of creation, development, maintenance and use SFD to store information on cultural values. The effect of the implementation of the work is to solve scientific and technical problems concerning the order of creation, development, maintenance and use SFD to store information on cultural values.5481
