It was found that there exists a static connection between a species and an epigenetic polymorphis, ecoligical flexibility is connected to "epiginetical distance" between the profiles of DNA methylation, and the difference in profiles of methylation whit additional radiation influence depends on it's starting polymorphysm.Due to introduction of molecular systems of genetical and epigenetical polymorphism researchfor 100 of varieties of wheat : a screening was held to discover valuable aleles of genes; the custom DNA was sigularized and cleaned; the methods of uni and multiplex polymerase chain reactions where developed to discover target genes; the level of distribution of aleles of low and medium activity of polyphenoloxydative enzymes was determined and the validation of molecular systems was held. There was created a protocol for dectection of valuable aleles of genes. There were discoverd varieties of wheat with rye-wheat translocations 1AL.1RS and 1BL.1RS, recessive alele of gene Tamyb10, gene of seprtiosis resistance Stb4 which is hooked with a polymorphic locust Xgwm111.
