Description

The object of research - thermal processing modes of reception liquid motor biofuels. On technical requirements on the experimental stand for testing thermal processing modes of reception liquid motor biofuels developed in the previous step prepared technical documentation and created an experimental laboratory stand for testing thermal processing modes of reception liquid motor biofuels. In particular, developed and manufactured the main components of the experimental stand: - rotary-pulsation device disk-cylinder type with the specified productivity; - a tubular reactor with discrete channels turbulators; - evaporators of alcohol with ethereal and glycerin fractions using heat pump technologies for intensification and reduction of energy consumption in the process of distillation of alcohol; - heat exchangers-recuperators for heat recovery of end products and, consequently, energy efficiency fuel production. An experimental stand mounting using accessory equipment: tube sealing and gauges thermal processing parameters manufacture of biofuels.
