G. Yanovsky NAMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object: 76 children with newly diagnosed tuberculosis (NDTB), 57 children with residual changes after tuberculosis (RCTB). Aim: to improve the quality of TB care for children through the development and implementation of technology intradermal tests for the diagnosis of different manifestations of tuberculosis infection in children. Methods: clinical, laboratory and statistical. It was found that 94.7 % of children with tuberculosis had the positive intradermal test with recombinant allergen tuberculosis (RAT) and this confirms the activity of tuberculosis. RCTB were diagnosed in 52.6 % of children by the way of routine tuberculin testing which confirms its effectiveness as a screening method for early diagnosis of local forms of tuberculosis in children. The negative or questionable test results with 45.7 % APR to allow to exclude an active tuberculosis process in children with RCTB. Dynamics of test with ART results can be the criterion of tuberculosis treatment efficiency. In all children with local forms of NDTB the specific activation of immunity with deficiency of phagocytic immunity has been found. It has been proved that children 10-16 years old with local TB, had a secondary immune deficiency by cellular and humoral immunity.
