Among them telomerase inhibitors active at 10-20 uM concentration were found. Nanoconjugates of inhibitors, porphyrin MP3 and cyanine LO-8, with dextran, PMLA and polyethylene glycol were obtained. The study of some active inhibitors and their conjugates in tumor cell cultures revealed antitumor activity at low micromolar concentrations. Low toxicity of the agents was established. It was shown that nanoconjugates efficiently penetrate the cell. Interaction of TMP3 and TC-30 ligands with Tel22 quadruplex was modeled by PM7 method.
