The results of the study. As elements of educational and pedagogical system of formation of the spiritual culture of students developed and implemented: interactive, problem-poiskovikovye techniques (using art techniques, exercises with elements of neuro-linguistic programming and skazkoterapii) to study the effects on the mind and the emotional sphere of man, the central nervous systems and their ability to improve the efficiency of human activities; training programs to create a culture of thinking and culture of emotions; New lecture courses; The training program of spiritual and moral growth of the person for secondary and higher education institutions, which are aimed at strengthening the mental health of young people.
