On the base of new informative technology it is worked out program-information system - optoelectronic device for registration of cellular objects, and construction documentation on him as a draft design. A device for registration of biological cells provides the receipt of measuring results: the size distribution of cellular objects on the real-time, imaging of result measuring and them expert estimation by the method of analysis of the got images. The programs of graphic is worked out in the process of measuring allows to estimate size distribution of the investigated objects and their concentration in a liquid environment.
