Description

The research project is the first project in domestic jurisprudence, which is devoted to the innovative organization-legal mechanism of creation and fuctioning of communal shipping companies. With due regard to goals of research project and based upon the knowledge about some aspects of functioning of communal shipping companies, the researchers propose the innovative way of Ukrainian legislation improvement in order to create the new entity of a common communal shipping company.
