Studied the structural and magnetic properties of nanocomposite particles ferymahnitnyh and magnetite and magnetic colloids based on them suitable for use as a vector of onkoteraphyi. It is shown that the antitumor activity of vector system "cisplatin - magnetic fluid" in vivo, compared with the corresponding characteristics for cisplatin is higher in terms of inhibition of tumor growth by 80 - 100% (without increasing toxic-allergic action platinum drug).
