The regularities to form a phage population, composition, temper and directions of Pectobacterium carotovorum population dissociation are established. The link of this phenomenon with lisogenicity and expression of numerical prophage deffects is established too. The influence of P. carotovorum critical prophage on defective phage population is revealed
