Purpose - to create fundamentally new theory of chemical-technological processes of high-quality wool fat under the SAR; development of new approaches to obtain lipidovmisnyh products, methods and techniques of monitoring indicators of quality and safety, and development of the concept and production of health care products lipidovmisnyh system integrated technology for individual rehabilitation of people. Methods. To achieve this goal, the following methods: - Classic methods patent and scientific literature, and formal methods (content analysis); - Analytical, colloid-chemical, microscopic and modern instrumental methods of research to evaluate changes in the properties of wool fat. The results of their research and innovation: - A comprehensive analysis of patent and scientific literature on research; - The efficiency of the use of clean technologies in SAR vovnomyynoyi water withdrawal wool fat; - Established chemical and technological patterns changing the chemical composition and structure vovnomyynoyi water; - Theoretically grounded mechanism of the SAR on chemical and technological processes of wool fat.
