The features of the general immunity of patients with acute and chronic forms of herpes virus infection in children and adults caused by herpes viruses types I-VI. Revealed that more profound changes of humoral and cellular immunity, regardless of age children surveyed, observed in patients with persistent with HGVI 3 or more types of herpes viruses in the body. With the growth of age children with HGVI decreases the amount of change indicators general immunity responsible for antiviral defense. In this case, faster and better their normalization observed in patients infected with 1-2 types of herpes viruses. The majority of adult patients HGVI (86.4%), there is a distinct tendency to reduce weight and the absolute number of neutrophils and T lymphocytes (CD3 +) regardless of the established number of types of herpes viruses. In cohort at HGVI adults (13.6%) had a significant reduction in the absolute number of neutrophils as compared with the physiological norm, a significant reduction of monocyte multiple excess of normal eosinophils. The remaining in-depth changes in lymphocyte subpopulation composition selected among the total population of adult patients HGVI contingent for the group with elevated herpes load.
