Research object: Mechanisms of value-based management at the enterprise, transformed under the influence of nonfinancial factors The aim of work is systematization of сontemporary issues of financial management, finding their decision directions taking into account influence of nonfinancial factors. Research methods: method of logical generalization, system-structural analysis, method of comparison, graphic method. Research results: grounding the directions of improvement of scientific and methodical approaches to value-based management which will allow advancing efficiency of activity taking into account influence of nonfinancial factors. Research novelty: the nonfinancial factors of value were systematized, reserves of value growth of enterprise taking into account influence of nonfinancial factors were found out. Industry of application: 74.15 is "Management of enterprises".
