Annealing this system at 600°C leads to the formation of a stable surface with work function values of <1.0 eV. This system can be used to create a source of spin polarized electrons or effective photo-electron emitters in the vacuum ultraviolet range. The expediency of using In2O3 + (5%) SnO2 / ncSi heterostructures as gas sensors is demonstrated. The effect of illumination (LED: 350-650nm) on their electrical properties was studied, showing the increase of gas sensitivity. A study of magneto-transport effects in nanometer permalloy films in a wide range of external magnetic fields and sample orientations was performed. The effect of microwave radiation detection was revealed for ferromagnetic resonance and spin-wave excitation regimes. The magneto-transport effects with parallel pumping were studied and the changes in magnetoresistance values have been evaluated. Limitations of correctly using the Talbot effect in the optical wavefront sensors were theoretically and experimentally verified. A new method for measuring the wavefront was proposed and experimentally demonstrated, based on the Talbot effect observation, while adapting the diffraction grating to the aberrations of the measured wave.
