Quantitative description and superpositioning of parameters of water balance allowed to define the amount of water, that is possible for an accumulation in the pool of eventual flow depending on intensity and duration of fallouts on a catchment area. Setting time of duration of fallouts, climbing of level abilities were expected in the conditions of continuous dike, partitioning off the pool of eventual flow. A dynamic task allowing to estimate behavior of level in the pool of eventual flow at filling and his simultaneous emptying through the tape-holes of the set section in a dаm was decided. The operating system of these calculations was entered by authors in an eventual algorithm that allows to define speed of change of level in a pool eventual.
