The mathematical model of the shock tightening threaded connections (RS) and the calculation of the limiters torque impact wrenches, developed and patented an improved design of the stand for their tests, the methods of calculating the parameters of the RS, simulated in the stand, created the necessary basis for the design of impact wrenches and test stands. The analysis of the production technology of stamped blanks for the most costly positions fitter tool, indicated the direction of its improvement, leading to improved efficiency, developed and patented two designs stamps for pre-profiling the billet for further forging, which allows to minimize process wastes and significantly improve technical and economic indices of the process, recommendations on the use of such stamps.
