The object of research of this work are progressive processes of materials processing pressure and the Assembly of large threaded connections. Purpose - the creation of the necessary scientific basis for the improvement of existing and development of new technologies and designs tooling. Research methods and equipment - physical and mathematical modeling, numerical analysis using modern computational tools and software products. On the fifth, the final stage of the work summarized its main results, made conclusions on the results of the research, outlines the prospects for the use designed, made and decorated a final report on the topic. In this paper, we investigated and quantified the impact of technological schemes of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) and the design parameters of the snap on the nature of the flow of the molded material and energy characteristics of the process, we have significantly expanded the scientific base for the improvement of ECAP technology. The mathematical model of the shock tightening threaded connections (RS) and the calculation of the limiters torque impact wrenches, developed and patented an improved design of the stand for their tests, the methods of calculating the parameters of the RS, simulated in the stand, created the necessary basis for the design of impact wrenches and test stands. The analysis of the production technology of stamped blanks for the most costly positions fitter tool, indicated the direction of its improvement, leading to improved efficiency, developed and patented two designs stamps for pre-profiling the billet for further forging, which allows to minimize process wastes and significantly improve technical and economic indices of the process, recommendations on the use of such stamps. The results are planned to be introduced on the number of domestic metallurgical and machine-building enterprises.
