Description
The purpose of the study is to examine the professional staff superstitions rescue units DSNS Ukraine to improve the reliability of emergency departments by reducing the likelihood of negative mental states by using protective resource of mind - superstition. Object of study - superstition as a psychological phenomenon. Methods: theoretical: analysis of scientific literature, psychological analysis of legislative and regulatory documents related to psychological support service activities in emergency departments, summarizing the information received, systems analysis and interpretation of data; empirical: a) diagnostic, interview, participant observation and questionnaires to identify professional superstitions and their importance for workers DSNS Ukraine; b) psycho: a technique for determining coping behavior in stressful situations (James D. Norman S. Parker MI, Endler DF - adapted version of TA Hook) we used to determine coping behavior models that use the main representatives of the professions DSNS in an emergency situation. Questionnaire (Plutchik - Kellerman - Conte) was conducted to determine the psychological defense mechanisms characteristic of the above employees. To identify individual psychological characteristics DSNS employees participating in the aftermath of emergency, we conducted a 16-factor questionnaire RB Ketela (for the study of individual psychological characteristics of employees) and "Psyhoheometrychnyy test." Use the "Methodology of unfinished sentences" allowed us to find out the fears that are inherent to workers DSNS major specialties. Ranking trades workers DSNS was conducted to identify the presence of these superstitions. methods of mathematical statistics: t-Student test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Fisher criterion, factor analysis. Statistical analysis of the data was carried out by mathematical statistics involving application package Statistika 5,0 for Windows. Scientific novelty of the results: first in domestic psychological science empirically found superstition professional employees of the State Service of Ukraine of Emergencies, which is involved in disaster relief with a different set of individual psychological qualities.
