The object of study - the personnel support condition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Purpose of the study - conditions that affect the state of the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in quality staff. The purpose of research is the development of guidelines to ensure the Armed Forces of Ukraine quality personnel during the implementation of the reform of the Armed Forces. Research methods are systematic analysis, methods of multidimensional comparative analysis, expertise and methods of mathematical modeling. During the work on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, normative - legal acts and other documents related to the problem of providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine staffing substantiates the scientific and theoretical approaches to the analysis of conditions that affect the state of the personnel needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that based on the analysis of the results of research the model estimation and forecasting of the Armed Forces of Ukraine quality staff is proposed. In a subsequent study materials can be used in the study and drafting of guidelines to ensure the Armed Forces of Ukraine with quality staff.
