The general problem professionalization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a direction of training and professional qualities formation of officers command profile activity, as basic link of forces control system. Object of research - military men of a command profile activity, as special socially-professional group which at the expense of training system, individual training and practical performance of corresponding official duties makes new (special) type of the professional of a command profile activity, capable to accept critical decisions which are directed on qualitative performance of problems in the conditions of combat activity of divisions, units, formations. Subject of f research is the process of training by development leader and other personal and is professional-necessary qualities of the commander which promote performance of proper tasks, to maintain of necessary level of combat and mobilisation readiness. The work purpose: working out of scientifically-methodical recommendations for level increase military men of Armed forces of Ukraine of a command profile activity professionalization. For the purpose of achievement of research objectives following tasks are certain: to specify, using result of studying of native and world experience, the concept maintenance " professionalization", "the professional of a command profile activity", as socially-professional category; to develop models of professional formation and forecasting of career growth of professional of a command profile activity of Armed Forces of Ukraine, to determine factors which influence formation and use of professionalism of the military men; to develop efficiency assesment methods of duty activity of the professional of a command profile activity; to develop offers on improvement of a technique of attestation of professional of a command profile activity, recommendations to commanders (chiefs) and experts of personnel bodies concerning duty use of professional of a command profile taking into account forecasting of success of their administrative activity; to establish interrelation between level of professionalism of professionals of a command profile activity with increase of level of combat (mobilisation) readiness of military division, unite, formation; to develop recommendations concerning professionalisation level increase of military men of Armed Forces of a command profile activity; offers on improvement of training system, programs of course and individual training of professional of a command profile activity. The methodological and theoretical basis of research is made by dialectic and system approaches, methods of an induction and deduction, expert estimations and interview. As research methods are applied: the teoretic-methodological analysis of a problem, scientific generalisation, general scientific methods of the logic and comparative analysis, expert judgement, methods of applied sociology and psychology: testing, questioning, interview, supervision and interrogation. As information sources official documents and regulatory legal acts concerning the problem were used: functional (official) duties of professionals of a command profile activity; the personnel control system; condition assesment system of combat (mobilisation) readiness of military divisions, units, formations, with the account of experience of the organisation and carrying out of antiterrorist operation. Novelty of work are following definitions: Concepts " professionalisation of the Armed forces of Ukraine" and "professionalisation of the military man"; processes of formation and development of professionalism of the military man, the valid formation of the professional of a command profile activity; model of professional formation and forecasting of career growth of professionals of a command profile activity of Armed forces of Ukraine to establish factors which influence formation and use of professionalism of the military man; influences of level of professionalism of officials of a command profile activity on the level of combat (mobilisation) readiness, on productivity of operations at carrying out АТО.
