Using synthesized linearizing controller unlike the known approach made it possible to take into account the filter time constant in the channel speed feedback at the stage of the control object's mathematical description, thus eliminating the oscillation of the closed-loop system and preventing the excessive energy consumption. Transient response of the closed-loop system with nonlinear activation function obtained as solutions of differential Abel equations of the second kind. This approach allowed us to obtain an analytical description of the trajectory of the closed-loop system with nonlinear activation function, determine the quality indicators of the transition process and give a mathematical justification of increased quick-action in control systems with second order sliding modes. An analytical method for static characteristics' constructing of closed-loop nonlinear electromechanical systems was suggested. This method confirmed the high accuracy of control systems with second order sliding modes. A simplified functional Bellman equation was received. Based on said equation mathematical justification of control target for electromechanical system was built. This justification provides the emergence in the closed-loop system of second order sliding mode. We determined that such systems have accuracy and quick-action as the relay systems but they consume less energy, by eliminating the excessive consumption of energy in the event of a first-order sliding modes.
