The development of various complications of hip replacement require revision surgery, the number of which increases every year, including in Ukraine, it certainly requires a detailed analysis of the orthopedic reasons that led to negative consequences, with a view to avoiding further. All of the above leads to the relevance of the study. On a material of the clinic conducted a detailed analysis and study of the structure of complications of total hip arthroplasty. The study involved 339 patients with complications after total hip arthroplasty in 344 cases. In this paper we study the structure, determine the cause and analyzed the results of treatment of complications of total hip arthroplasty. We used the following methods: clinical, radiological, immunological, microbiological, serological and statistical.
