Purpose - To investigate the role of nitric oxide, oxidative stress and gene polymorphism of NOS3 in the negative consequences of the Chernobyl disaster in children with chronic receipt for radioactive cesium in food chains. Research Methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistics. Results and novelty. Based on examination of children - residents RСT containing 137Cs from 269 to 7024 Bq in the body using thermographic study endothelium reaction vessel using occlusal samples revealed the presence of endothelial dysfunction, which confirmed the reduction of nitrite in children of the main group compared with the control. Marked sufficiency compensatory capacity of the antioxidant system, which is confirmed by the fact the main intracellular antioxidant activation - catalase in the absence of significant changes in the final product of lipid peroxidation - malondialdehyde. Children with endothelial dysfunction characterized by the presence of more expressive disregulation of the autonomic nervous system in a state of relative physiological rest and in modeling the functional load and a high degree of stress adaptation mechanisms of the body, due to the peculiarities of the physiological systems that provide adaptive processes, including failure segmental vegetative structures at this is their nature to respond to load corresponds to that in healthy individuals, but at a lower level of functioning. Features electrophysiological properties of myocardial hemodynamic, body aerobic capacity, high frequency boundary and high total cholesterol levels indicate the presence of children with endothelial dysfunction syndrome more expressive cardiovascular exclusion, which is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Marked negative impact of chronic receipt 137Cs body to the state of the cell membrane, the functional activity of neutrophils, cellular and humoral immunity with the development of allergic and infectious syndromes secondary immunodeficiency. Children are the main group in frequency of polymorphic 4a / 4b genotypes and alleles of eNOS gene did not differ from control and literature data. Children core group of genotype 4a / 4b was observed prolongation of restoring blood flow to baseline after occlusal tests compared with children who had genotype 4b / 4b; there was a reduction of nitrite content; 1.5 times more likely registered hidden signs of bronchospasm. A distinct change of duration of circulatory recovery to baseline after occlusal sample and the likely reduction of nitrite in allele carriers and, especially in children living in adverse environmental conditions, gives reason to include them at risk for the development of endothelial dysfunction and pulmonary dysfunction regarded as one of its manifestations. Not established between polymorphism 4th intron gene eNOS and index burdeness ancestral history of cardiovascular disorders, autonomic regulation of heart rate and indices of functioning of the cardiovascular system in children born and resident in radioactively contaminated areas. A method of forming groups of highly developed risk of endothelial dysfunction in children - residents of contaminated territories to which Ukraine received a patent number 93262.
