The purpose of research - to study the mechanisms of SA recurrence the brain in the early and late period after endovascular intervention and on this basis to develop new approaches to endovascular treatment in patients with aneurysms that recur in order to increase its effectiveness. Methods: Standard survey, physical data, neurological status, cerebral angiography for Seldinher, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, duplex scanning of vessels of the brain. Results: found that most complications occurred during the first weeks (1 month) after endovascular operations, especially in those patients who were operated on in the acute period gap SA. Despite the relatively satisfactory results of endovascular treatment of SA, within one month mortality rate from complications reached 6.4%, which is probably more than the direct postoperative mortality - 0.5%. During the first remote period (2 - 4 months.) we did not set the likely growth rate of mortality from complications (of 0.5%). The method of controlling examination of patients with SA brain distant postoperative period, depending on the method of radicalism and primary aneurysm exclusion of cerebral circulation. Developed its own classification complications since surgery and at follow-up. Criteria radical primary endovascular operations, by reason of recanalization after endovascular intervention SA and held their ordering to predict possible complications. Developed its own method of estimating the radical endovascular exclusion SA in cerebral blood flow on the basis of a comparison of early angiographic data and reference period. Optimal monitoring period for patients with SA after initial endovascular intervention, and clear criteria for repeated endovascular operations in case of recurrence, depending on its characteristics.
