We have synthesized and tested in vitro 26 derivatives of N-Benzylidene -N'-thiazol-2-yl-hydrazine. As a result, two compounds possessing inhibitory activity toward pathogenic enzyme with IC50 values of 2,27 and 4,54 ?M have been identified. Several inhibitors of LeuRS from this chemical class have been tested on Mtb H37Rv.
