System and application software are adapted, as well as a full set of design and textual documentation are adjusted for implementation in a mobile device running under operation system ANDROID. 3 prototypes of the device with adjusted technical characteristics are made under conditions close to industrial production. 2 patents for utility model, 1 patent for invention,1 positive solutions of a patent for utility model are received. The Act of the implementation of application software as an additional tool for decision support in diabetes treatment practice at the Vinnytsia Oblast Clinical Highly Specialized Endocrinology Centre is obtained.
