The purpose is to carry out the theoretical analysis of the psychological and the pedagogical support, to study and to identify ways, forms, methods and means of improving of the pedagogical, psychological, motivational levels of professional competence of an educator of an inclusive group in a preschool educational institution in the process of the psychological and the pedagogical support. In the process of fulfillment of state budget project it has been used the complex of the scientific research methods (theoretical, empirical and statistical). Scientific novelty of the results is the development, justification and argumentation of the efficiency of innovative technologies of the psychological and the pedagogical support of an educator in an inclusive group. As a result of the project it has been done the systematic study of the phenomenon of "the psycho-pedagogical support in the conditions of inclusive education" in the context of a professional activity of an educator in a preschool educational institution; studied experimentally the organizational and the pedagogical conditions of implementation of inclusive groups in pre-school educational institutions which have pedagogical, corrective-developing and educational-didactic direction and provide optimization of pedagogical environment, organization of permanent joint participation of children and adults in the educational process, creating of the support system of families with children with special needs, training teachers, implementation of the program of physical rehabilitation, organization of corrective and developing training etc.; it has been proved the fundamental condition for the successful implementation of the psycho-pedagogical support, that is professional readiness of an educator to inclusive education of preschool children. The significance and the practical application of the results is that they contribute to improvements in diagnosis, prognosis, correction and integration of children in an inclusive preschool educational institution. According to the results of the second stage (01.01.2014 p. - 31.12.2014 g.) it was published 2 monographs (co-author), 1 manual (signed by Ministry of Education of Ukraine ), 11 teaching aids, 28 scientific articles, submitted to the specialized scientific council 1 thesis, carried out 1 National scientific-practical conference, 2 scientific workshops, made 12 presentations at conferences of International and National levels.
