Object information is NAS consisting of all the actors involved in the processes of opening execution, control and accounting of of scientific research. The purpose of the project - the creation of the first stage of DIT SOA NASU, which provides information support to work with the main actors of NASU of primary documents at all stages of their life cycle: creation, preservation, registration status changes document processing, printing, monitoring. Research methods based on the use of an approach to create DIT of the life-cycle of a structured electronic document processing. Created and implemented in the pilot operation of the first stage DIT SOA NASU; performed the primary content of its database.
