Description

Physical basis of thermal control of magnetic and magneto-transport properties of spintronic nanoscale devices based on spin valves with temperature-controlled elements - magnetically diluted layers with a given Curie temperature has been developed. Design of gradient spacer which significantly reduces the negative consequences of the proximity effect in the interfaces F/f has been proposed and implemented. Experimental measurements of the magnetization which confirmed the efficiency of the gradient spacer have been performed.
