Transgenic roots of Althaea officinalis bearing human interferon gene as well as potatoSolanum tuberosum plants carrying сryIII gene of toxin Bacillus thuringiensis, and abiotic and biotic stress tolerance genes also Dendrobium linguella RCHB. F. plants expressing cyp11A1 gene were obtained. It was shown canola plants that expressed heterologous cytochrome P450SCC had higher tolerance to heat in growth chamber compared with wild type ones. Molecular biological investigation of moss of different origin was conducted.
