Description

In the department of molecular biology and immunochemistry SSCIBSM developed test system "CDV-test" for the detection of RNA plague carnivorous by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), which we have prepared regulations. The test system was interlaboratory testing commission on indicators of sensitivity and specificity. The basis of test systems "CDV-test" is the selection of the study sample RNA and subsequent amplification of pathogen specific areas cDNA using specific oligonucleotide primers and Taq-polymerase enzyme.
