Object of the study - the management of teaching process for Masters in "Public Administration" preparation. Results: modern scientific approaches and technologies of implementing a new "Elitology" discipline in educational and professional training program for Masters in "Public Administration" are scientifically proved, the educational and methodical complex (curriculum, working curriculum, methodological recommendations) is developed; the manuscript of methodological recommendations for "Elitology" discipline, research articles, theses and training materials are prepared.
