It is investigated in the research: the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the cities branding; methodological approaches to the formation of brand image and brand cultivation in urban environment; provision of resources for regional development; the essence of the innovation environment in the region and relations tools for its formation; budgetary mechanism in the management of socio-economic development areas.
