Description

The aim of this work was to investigate of influence of mycobacterium proteins МРТ63 and МРТ83 on phagocytic cells. It was shown that short-term exposure to MPT63 and MPT83 significantly increased the number of macrophages with high phagocytic activity. Also was found that macrophages exposed to MPT63 a MPT83 for 24 hours demonstrated increased expression of activation markers CD11b and F4/80.
