Description

The aim of the research is in the development, justification and experimental verification of theoretical and methodological foundations of management development of VET in a market economy and to test them experimentally.Determined that the specific principles of management of the development of VET in a market economy is a focus on strategic management, value-target setting to ensure quality education, focus on state support of innovative development of VET. It is concluded that diversification as an objective, logical trend of the activities of any organization in today's economic conditions, technological progress and Information of particular importance to vocational education and trends found in the expansion of diversity curriculum (subjects and their composition interaction), specialties, learning methods and technology education, quality criteria, which affect changes in management, it approaches, objectives, forms, methods, functions, strategies, and facilities management leads to diversification. Defined economic conditions diversify VET management, diversified methodological foundations of vocational education. The systematic modeling management structures, strategies of education and connections between them (attributive, structural and functional, imaginary), which made it possible to find an optimum set of conceptual and performance management of the development of VET. On this basis, developed and implemented to control the development of a conceptual model of VET at regional level. It includes key management concepts, the main purpose and value orientations management principles and objectives of education management development, organizational structure and functions of management development PTO, facilities management. A model of marketing vocational education. Its structure consists of the following components: analysis, planning, implementation, monitoring. Determined the content: needs analysis and definition of the basic market; - Analysis of segmentation; analysis of market attractiveness; analysis of the competitiveness of VET; portfolio analysis, short-term planning; long-term planning, intensive distribution, the distribution rights to exclusivity, selective distribution, monitoring the implementation and analysis of market opportunities, control and profitability analysis of marketing costs, marketing audit. Criteria (analytical, organizational, realizable, Control and Evaluation) and levels (elementary, primary, systemic) model implementation of marketing management system of vocational education. Implemented marketing management model of vocational education in Poltava region. The model of organizational culture (OC) in vocational schools, which includes the main purpose ok criteria to achieve the objectives, analysis of internal and external factors of OK, OK evaluation of existing in VET and determine its type, application development and technology OK for its implementation, control methods .
