Description

The object of study - the process of professional and pedagogical training of teachers in higher education. Purpose - to develop components of modern content higher pedagogical education in the context of European integration processes and appropriate technologies of their educational process.Main tasks: identification and analysis of key organizational and substantive-procedural trends of training in higher educational institutions at the present stage; comparative analysis of the implementation of the substantive and procedural European and national educational models of teacher training in higher pedagogical education; study ways to improve ECTS of educational process in higher educational institutions; development of complex scientific and educational materials for teachers and students of vocational and pedagogical disciplines, taking into account the technological system implementation of educational content; develop ways of introducing new learner-oriented, acmeological approaches to the organization of educational process in higher educational institutions, the integration of relevant criterion of "pedagogical skills + art + new communication technologies."
