The object of study - the mechanism of the influence of the state of the world food market on the condition of the domestic food market. The aim of the study to analyze the mechanisms of the cases food insecurity in the domestic food market, to build a model of the mechanisms for the effects of state regulation methods. Develop proposals to reduce the risk of food insecurity, to develop recommendations shodou changes in legislation. Research methods - modern methods of processing and analysis of statistical data using software packages MS Excel, Statgraphics, SPSS, Econometric Views, as input used time-series observations of the characteristics of the world market price for individual commodity items (cereals: wheat, corn) as well as the similar characteristics of the domestic market grain. Social results are the reduction of the probability of shocks domestic food market, which threaten social stability of the population. Scope of application - agro-industries.5481
