Object of study - properties of geosynthetics which used for road construction under creep and fracture creep conditions and methods to determine creep characteristics: full extension, the creep factor, saving strength factor. Purpose - developing a rapid method for determining long-term creep strength and creep of geosynthetics under cyclic stretching and constant load for road construction. Methods - Analysis of existing test methods geosynthetics, selection of equipment for cyclic stretching and strength frontier, selection of study objects, determining their physical and mechanical properties and testing study parameters, a set of statistics to select the optimal modes of testing, selection criteria for estimation the extent of creep and fracture creep, selection methods for assessment of creep characteristics during the setting new models of production of geosynthetics and testing methods. Results of research - developed methodology was implemented in the final version of the national standard of Ukraine "Geosynthetics. Guidelines for evaluation of durability (ISO / TS 13434: 2008, MOD) " The application for a patent for utility model № U2014 12 393 "Method for determining the durability of the material" was prepared.
