The object of research (the investigation is concerned with) - technologies and equipment for processes with intensive plastic deformation during production of high quality steel. Methods of research: numerical simulation, physical modeling. The aim of research - to expand range of products, quality improvement and reduction cost during production of refined metals after implementation of the technological schemes of processes with intensive plastic deformation. Theoretical and practical results: original premises and boundary conditions for deformation region during production of high quality steel for metallurgy and mechanical engineering etc. were specified. Mathematical models of metal stress-strain state and basic quality indicators after implementation of specified technological schemes were developed. Novelty: peculiarities of influence of technological and structural parameters on the stress- strain state indicators, power parameters and quality indicators after implementation of schemes with intensive plastic deformation of high quality steel. Effectiveness of implementation: enhancement of degree of reliability of simulation results by 10…15(%). Field of application: metallurgical industry, engineering industry.
