The object of research - technologies and equipment of processes sheet and bar rolled blanks from precious metals and alloys. Methods of research: numerical modeling, physical modeling. The purpose of research - expansion of assortment, quality improvement, cost reduction of production of sheet and bar products from noble metal and alloys. Theoretical and practical results: programs have been developed for calculating of the rolling sheet and bar processes from nanocrystalline and precious metals and alloys, refined the methods of calculation equipment mini-mills for their rolling, proposed technological modes of deformation and structural scheme of the equipment. Novelty: refined patterns of the impact of technological and structural parameters on power parameters and geometric parameters of finished steel with rolling sheet and bar of noble metal and alloys, refined indicators of stress-strain state of the roller assemblies mini-mills. Effectiveness of implementation: raising the reliability of simulation results on 10-15(%). Scope: rolling production, the production of special materials, the development of software.
