Description
The object of research is the formation and effective utilization of productive capacities of enterprises processing agricultural industry. Its objective is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for effective utilization of productive capacities of processing industry of agriculture. Methods: dialectical and abstract logic, monographic, economic-statistical method of SWOT-analysis, correlation and regression, graphical method of fuzzy logic and others. As a result of the executed study obtained the following results: summarizes the theoretical foundations of the study of organizational and economic mechanism of functioning of industrial enterprises, in particular, the features and tendencies of development of entrepreneurship at the regional level, peculiarities of legal regulation of business activity; assess the current state of functioning of industrial enterprises of Vinnytsia region and selected promising areas of development; developed organizational innovation model effective use of the processing enterprises of agro-industrial complex in order to generate long-term organizational and economic relations of the processing enterprises with budget, financial, scientific and other institutions; made the prediction parameters for the development of production capacities based on the theory of fuzzy logic to determine the optimal size of investment resources for the effective utilization of production capacity of the processing enterprises of agroindustrial complex. Set forth in the work of the scientific results give the possibility to carry out a complex of measures on improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of functioning of industrial enterprises, they can also be the basis for the solution of theoretical and methodological problems of increasing effective and competitive organization and management in the processing of the agricultural sector in general.
