Description

The object of study - aluminum alloys, hypoeutectic and hypereutectic silumins , aluminum - Bor - Titanium ligature , castings silumins . Purpose - to develop methods of physical and chemical effects on the formation of structure and properties of cast aluminum alloys by melt processing melkokristallichesky modifying the ligatures , management processes of formation and distribution in the melt solid inclusions , in view of their activity to hydrogen and parameter optimization of manufacturing non-profit castings. Research Methods - standard and original research methods and determination of the chemical composition, the critical temperature , structure , physical and mechanical properties , processability alloys , alloys and castings of them. The optimal values of temperature and time parameters of manufacturing processes finely crystalline alloys, melt processing ligatures master alloy and processing master alloy melt alloy minimizes the size of the primary silicon crystals at no more than 30 microns. A method for controlling solid nonmetallic inclusions in the melt during melting and solidification . A method for casting the slurry in the formation of the bale chamber casting machine . Developed low-waste technology of dense castings of aluminum alloys.
