Description

Recommendations to improve the hygienic characteristics of welding fumes, which are formed when using welding with coated electrodes, solid wire and flux cored wire. Investigated the thermodynamic characteristics and conditions of the formation and the type of chemical compounds harmful substances in welding fumes; created a system of modeling the chemical composition of welding fumes; investigated the effect of modulation of the welding current pulse through the wire feed on the level of emissions and the chemical composition of welding fumes.
