Experimentally found that the cultivation of basidiomycetes on the environment of filter paper as the sole carbon source the highest overall lihnolitychnu treasury and nail against the activity of guaiacol shows AnSc-1 strain of D. confragosa 14 days of the experiment at the same time, the cultivation of basidiomycetes on the environment of lignosulfonate as the only carbon source lihnolitychna highest total activity recorded in M.gig M. giganteus strain on day 7 of cultivation and varnish treasury - in strain S.hirs S. hirsutum 14 day experiment. It is shown that for the enzyme complex with the highest total activity lihnolitychnoyu strain M.gig M. giganteus should cultivate 7 days, and strains AnSc-1 D. confragosa and Vs-2 P. pomaceus - from 3 to 11 days. Simplex method of planning optimized composition of the culture medium for the cultivation of Capek M.gig M. giganteus, AnSc-1 D. confragosa and Vs-2 P. pomaceus. Established for enzyme preparations cellulases from basidiomycetes high stability to the effects of temperature and pH, high capacity for cellulose hydrolysis satellites and high activity component cellulolytic complex .. Past studies have identified basidiomycetes culture, characterized by relatively high peroxidase activity in mycelium and in the culture filtrate, and therefore capable of increased synthesis of the enzyme peroxidase. After optimization of culture conditions, identified a number of biosynthetic active strains, including strain Agrocybe aegerita 167 can be recommended for use in biotechnology as the producer of this enzyme. The dynamics of growth and catalase activity of 57 strains of 12 species of basidiomycetes and discover the culture of F. velutipes F-2 and P. ostreatus R-208, which are capable of increased synthesis of this enzyme. Revealed a number of biosynthetic active strains, including strain P. ostreatus R-208, which can be recommended for use in biotechnology as producers of the enzyme catalase. Research findings can be proposed for the development of methods for enzyme preparations of different actions in research and industrial biotechnology and mycological laboratories, processing plants and plant cellulose raw biogas agriculture. The results of 17 studies published works, 8 articles, 1 thesis participate in the conference and received 8 patents of Ukraine for utility model. Projected assumptions about the object of study - the improvement of methods for enzyme preparations lihnotselyulaznoyi action ksylotrofnyh basidiomycetes and conducting pilot fermentatsiy selected strains in napivromyslovyh bioreactors.
