For macroscopic bodies which is described by infinitely-devisable Gibbs dictribution it is proved that any excitation may always represent as gas of quasi-particles or elementary excitations. We prove that a phase transition is a special state of macroscopic body when appropriate infinitely-devisable random variables becomes a stable random variables in a sense of P.Levy, and the characteristic exponents of the stable random variable are nothing else as the critical indices of phase transitons. 2. We have studied static non-abelien monopoles which satisfied to completely integrable ordinary differential Nahm equation and which transformed a construction problem of monopoles in a problem of algebraic geometry. These non-abelian monopoles correspond to special algebraic curves which satisfy to Hitchin conditions. Very important theorem is proved on the existence of special non-abelian thetrahedral monopoles which correspond to algebraic curves with the symmetry.
