The results obtained. A mathematical model of a three-dimensional motion of the locomotive of the ER20 type on an optional track is developed. Dynamic properties of locomotives of the ER20 and TE116 types are compared when they were run on straight and curved tracks. Recommendations for an advantageous use of the ER20 locomotive on Ukrainian railways are given. A procedure and a test program module for calculations of stressed-strained states and the limiting conditions of members of reinforced concrete structures for heat power industry with failures are developed. Evaluation characteristics of the deformation parameters and limiting conditions in a concrete matrix and bars for various values of a compressive load and reinforcement coefficients are obtained. Values of the limiting loads resulting in plastic deformations and cracks for different reinforcement coefficients and concrete brands are determined.Approaches to control of a reliable operation of the ergatic systems are developed. A methodology of control of the reliability of restorable ergatic systems and those with a time reserve is proposed. Approaches are developed and a model of control of the reliability of a human operator and program component is presented. Studies on improvement in the design of bogies retrofitted in complex of the 18-100 type are carried out. Versions of designs of diagonal coupling between side frames of the bogie, versions for mounting elastic adapters in axle boxes and replacements of a linear suspension by a bilinear suspension with springs of different stiffness parameters are analyzed.Versions of redressing flanges of wheels are compared using wear-resistant profiles. Rational versions for redressing are proposed depending on the type of defects of wheels and earlier redressing.The IAS ITM-COSMOS specialized computer information and analytical system of support for creating advanced prototypes of rocket and space technology as well as a set of program documents are developed. Network tests and system tests are conducted.A mathematical model of operational processes of the suspension of the driver's seat of transportation facilities with a radically new louver-damper device and the suspension design are developed and prototypes of the suspension are manufactured. An experimental work out of prototypes is conducted resulting in revision of structural parameters of the suspension and conditions of its operation. Recommendations for manufacturing and using the suspension developed. Applications: railway and automobile transport, heat power industry, designing rocket and space technology products, traumatology and orthopeady of the upper human extremities, ergatic systems for aircraft, rocket and space technology and petroleum-refining industry.
